By purchasing and downloading building plans from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage of Plans

The plans you purchase from our store are intended for personal or professional use in the construction of buildings or structures. These plans are not for immediate publication or distribution, as they may require adjustments to meet specific regional or local building regulations.

2. Modifications for Local Requirements

Please note, these plans are not guaranteed to meet all local or state-specific building codes. Due to variations among different States and local building departments, your plans may need modifications to comply with local regulations. It is your responsibility to work with your builder or designer to ensure the plans are adapted as needed for your specific location.

We highly recommend collaborating with a licensed architect, builder, or designer to ensure that the plans are suitable for your local building codes and regulations.

3. Revisions and Customization

If required, we are happy to make revisions or customizations to the plans based on the feedback from your builder, designer, or architect. Please reach out to us at revitbuildersworkshop@gmail.com for further assistance. We will review the request and, if necessary, provide updated plans.

4. No Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality, accurate plans, we do not accept liability for any issues arising from the use of our building plans. It is your responsibility to ensure that all building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements are met.
